Upgrading your Certification

You may have received an interim or conditional certificate. These certificates expire after a certain amount of time. This section describes the process for:

• Upgrading to a professional or basic certificate
• Extending an interim or conditional certificate
• Asking us to excuse your coursework requirements based on your teaching experience
• Upgrading your certificate based on bylaw changes introduced in April 2008
